A volunteer is an individual who wants to join the effort but does not sign-up as a County Lead or County Assistant.      Their work may include:

P    Circulation of Petitions for specific family members (for those who qualify to circulate).  For example the wife of an inmate may have ten family members willing to sign the petition.

P    Informing members of the public and/or family and friends of lifers of where they can sign the petition.

P    Correspond and Coordinate with individuals who do not have access to e-mail or a computer.
